• AppleGlot is a tool for extracting text strings to be translated and then merging them back into the localized application environment.
• Glossaries is the files that can be used by AppleGlot as translators to help streamline the localization process.

最後面還有提供一些第三方專門負責做翻譯的廠商，這個部分我就不轉帖了，有需要的人就點進去看吧。
不過要注意蘋果有聲明這些廠商跟蘋果一點法律關係都沒有，蘋果只是提供這些廠商的連結而已喔！
